Pourx Products have a one-year limited warranty. If your Pourx product fails due to defect within one year from the date of purchase(the date shown on your purchase invoice), please contact your local dealer with your Pourx product, proof of date of purchase, original packaging. Your local dealer will conduct preliminary tests, diagnosis and maintenance for you.

 

In the event of a materials or manufacturing defect, your local dealer will send it back to the original Pourx manufacturer (ie Abilliant Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Pourx original manufacturer") for repair. The Pourx original manufacturer will repair your Pourx product free of charge, or replace it with an identical product or the same value product free of charge for you, subject to the conditions stated herein. However, you will be responsible for any expenses such as shipping costs, insurance costs, import fees, or taxes involved in the return.

What is Not Covered?

This One-Year Warranty does not cover any of the following conditions:

(1)    Any defects or damages caused by accidents, inappropriate use, incorrect or improper use or care, or normal wear and tear.

(2)    Purchases from unauthorized dealers.

(3)    If Proof of the date of purchase is not provided.

(4)    Consumables, including but not limited to portable batteries, lithium ion battery.

(5)    Cosmetic damage including but not limited to scratches and dents.

(6)    Other conditions which Pourx original manufacturer deems as inappropriate use, incorrect or improper use, care, or normal wear and tear.

THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  AS SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

 

Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Pourx original manufacturer be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including loss of profits, whether in an action in contract or tort, in connection with the use or performance of Pourx product. This disclaimer and exclusion shall apply even if the express warranty set forth above fails of its essential purpose. IN NO CASE SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF POURX ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER, ITS DEALERS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR DAMAGES FROM ANY CAUSE EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ACTUAL DIRECT DAMAGES, NOT TO EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE POURX PRODUCT.

 

THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO DAMAGES FOR BODILY INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), DAMAGE TO REAL PROPERTY OR DAMAGE TO TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY. AS SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
